1099 Terms — Complete Platform Usage Policies

By using the 1099 website or mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are interpreted under Bangladesh law. 1099 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

• Creating accounts or participating in betting under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• By using the platform, you confirm that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.

All financial transactions on 1099 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are set as per the platform’s terms. Deposits usually reflect instantly in your account.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as deposits. Withdrawal requests without identity verification will not be processed.
• Bonus: Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus amounts. Bonuses will be canceled if abuse is proven.
• Fraudulent Transactions: 1099 reserves the right to suspend accounts and hold funds in cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

1099 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close user accounts under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of terms or fraudulent activities.
• Evidence of managing multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicion of financial fraud or money laundering.
• Use of accounts by persons under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed, the refund of valid funds will be determined after an investigation. Users may also request account closure directly by emailing our support team.
